The new main facility for the Tuscola National Bank is located in a rapidly growing area at the east edge of Tuscola, IL, near Interstate 57.

The building houses the bank’s operations and incorporates rental space on the Upper and Lower Levels to allow for future growth.

The Building utilizes special glazing which allows good natural lighting and well-insulated interior spaces. The building also incorporates a unitary heat pump system to provide economical heating and cooling year round. The lower level of the completed building includes stepped planter areas which allow natural light to enter the rental areas.
