This high profile project consisted of an addition & remodeling of a 1904 Carnegie Library on a site in downtown Mattoon, IL.

With the historical significance of the existing building, the addition needed to be historically accurate and sensitive to the original building. The building addition more than doubled the functional square footage and incorporated handicap accessibility.

The building program included incorporating modern mechanical systems and technology into the historic fabric of the building.
