A new main facility for the Illinois Community Bank in Effingham is located at the intersection of Keller Drive & Avenue of Mid-America.

Property size was very limited while the owner’s space requirement expanded through the design process. This required that the second floor office area be built over the drive-up lane access, thus maximizing site area and providing rentable space and/or future office space.

The character of the building is modern with reflective ribbon glass with classic columns, entry pediment and masonry skin.
