A new home for the Eastern Illinois University Foundation is located at the west edge of Charleston, IL.

The building is designed with a similar style to the older buildings on campus and will act as a new Welcome Center for EIU. In addition to office space for the foundation, the building will provide space for meetings and receptions of new students and alumni.
