A new city hall for the City of Effingham was designed and constructed adjacent to the City Police Station and across the street from the Courthouse Square in downtown Effingham, IL.

The building houses all city offices and includes rental space for future expansion.

The building design is one that is appropriate for a city hall and that complements other traditional buildings in the downtown area. The two story structure has a basement and is designed to accommodate and additional third floor in the future. A structural steel frame supports the concrete floors and metal stud walls.
